No software to install and no one standing in the basement reading gauges. The controller does the work. The portal shows you the results.

    A PLC in your boiler room

    A Productivity 2000 controller reads the boiler, pump, and temperature points and runs the sequence locally. If the internet drops, the building still heats.

    Secure MQTT to our cloud

    The PLC publishes readings over an encrypted MQTT connection to our broker. Every reading is stored, so you get history, not just a snapshot.

    Your portal and alarms

    Log in from any phone or desktop to see live status and trends. Your super, your manager, and our on-call engineer see the same live alarms.

    We build on Productivity 2000 PLCs, off-the-shelf sensors, and labeled panels. Parts are stocked and documented, and any competent controls tech can work on them. No locked proprietary box.
